CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the shipped date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). You may not return: Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, sale items, jewelry or any items marked, stained, used or torn in any way. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Health and Personal Care & Clothing items To complete your return, we require the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned.
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your request will be honored. The time window for cancellations or changes is very short due to our automated, real time order fulfillment processes.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your financial institution
of your credit or debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@t -shirtstore46.com. Please add (Attn:Billing) in the subject line.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are none refundable.
Have and item that is defective or damaged? Well replace it with free shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@t-shirtstore46.com. If that item is sold out, we will provide a full refund for the item or you can select a different item of the same pricing. Please be sure to include your order number for faster resolution of your issue.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or sent electronically depending on the option selected. (If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver for their purchase to their original payment method.)
Return Item Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address on the shipping label item was sent in or the provided return shipping label if provided.
Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance to protect your return from loss during shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
**If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
